Investor Zone Radio is Streaming Internet Radio - similar to podcasts except we go LIVE with a 90 minute "netcast" every Tuesday evening at 7 PM Eastern time, and we can take your phone calls when we're broadcasting live.

 

Our program is two-pronged:

 

1) it is geared to elighten "Baby Boomers" about real estate as an alternative to Wall Street. Those of you who may be facing retirement with concern - concerned with having insufficient funds, and nothing more than Social Security to see you through your golden years, even though for years Wall Street lied to them about how "secure" their retirement would be by investing with them. How's that worked out for the majority of the population?

 

2) it is also geared to those who want to learn the real estate rehabbing business as that is our specialty. 

 

We focus on real estate investing as an attractive alternative to the crooks on Wall Street. Real estate investing which gives YOU control of your retirement, NOT THE WALL STREET THIEVES! 

 

We discuss all areas of real estate investing from wholesaling to buy and hold.  Our specialty is "buy/fix/sell" (rehabbing houses, "profitable rehabbing," or "flipping houses"). We help baby boomers, as well as "newbies" get started on the road to financial independence and a financially abundant retirement - even if you're in your 50's!
